2. Store Activity

Online sales ofprinted cookbooksdelivered directly to the customer’s door. All books are printed to order
and shipped within 5–9 business days , depending on the delivery address.

Please note: Products are shipped within printedformat. Digital content is not included unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product page.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are processed automatically after payment is received.
• Delivery is via trackable shipping services; Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
• Estimated delivery time is usually 5-9 business days (depending on location and carrier).
• Risk Transfer:The risk of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery according to the carrier’s delivery certificate.

4. Approval and validation of your order

• The order will be considered and processed upon receipt of payment via card, PayPal or Klarna .
• Once the payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order is shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking link.

Prices include applicable taxes. The prices that apply are those displayed at the time of ordering.

7. Right of withdrawal and refund

You as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days
after you have received the goods.

• To exercise your right of withdrawal: contact us at
  support@kitchamix.com within 14 days and provide your order number.
• The product must be returned in unused and resalable condition (including any unopened packaging).
• Once the return has been received and approved, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method as was used for purchase.
• Delivery costs are normally not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
• If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with the order number and pictures and we will help you.

orders, payments, deliveries and customer service, as well as, with consent, relevant offers.
