1. Shipping Information

• All cookbooks are printed on demand and shipped directly to your door.
• Orders are processed automatically once payment has been confirmed.
• Standard delivery time is 5-9 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
• You will receive an order confirmation and a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
• If your order is delayed, damaged or lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will assist you immediately.

2. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days
after you have received your cookbook – without having to give any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

• Contact us by email at support@kitchamix.com within 14 days of receipt.
• The product must be returned in unused and resalable condition, including any packaging.
• Once the return has been received and approved, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note: Shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your cookbook arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as described, please contact us immediately at
support@kitchamix.com and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem
• Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product

We will arrange a replacement product or full refund as soon as possible.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for purchase (card, PayPal or Klarna).
• Once the refund has been approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
