Delivery Policy

At KitchaMix Books we are proud to offer a wide range of
printed cookbooks delivered directly to your door. Below you will find detailed information
about how we handle orders, delivery and customer support.

1. Delivery Process

  • Order Confirmation: Once you have completed your order and payment has been approved (via card, PayPal or Klarna), you will receive a confirmation via email.
  • Printing and Preparation: All books are printed on demand to ensure high quality.
  • Delivery: Once the product has been printed, your order will be shipped via trackable shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can easily follow your delivery.
  • Delivery Time: Normally, your order will be delivered within 5–9 business days, depending on the delivery address and carrier.

2. Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and weight.
We offer free shipping during special promotions, which is clearly stated on the product page.

3. Delays and delivery issues

If your order is delayed, damaged or does not arrive, please contact our support team:

We will investigate the matter and ensure that you either receive a replacement product or a refund according to our return policy.

5. Order not received

If a delivery is returned to us due to an incorrect address or no-collection, we will contact you via email.
A re-shipment may incur additional costs.
